Question:What is the gauge of the metal?

Answer:Hi, for the lid, the gauge of a sheet of metal is 2.0mm(0.0787inch). For the grill chamber, it is 0.8 and 1.0mm(0.0315 and 0.0394inch).

Question:How long does it take to preheat?

Answer:Not long. Dependent on temp you want. 5 minutes to smoke, about 15 to high temp

Question:What are the dimensions of the box its shipped in? Need to know if it will fit in my vehicle

Answer:We have two boxes when it arrives you. The larger one's dimensions: 33*22*24inches; The Smaller one's dimensions::29*22*9inches. Hope it helps

Question:Is there an assembly opition?

Answer:Not sure about that option but very easy assembly. You just have to put together the stand together and set the grilling surface and pellet box on top and put in 4 bolts.
